Evanter OÜ specialises in rural business development with a special emphasis on tourism and interpretation, translation and tour guiding services. The company provides services in project development, education and training for small enterprises in rural areas, the development of vocational education & qualifications, and with an emphasis on social entrepreneurship, micro business development, rural tourism, craft and local food production, rural community and rural development education, training and curriculum development.

Senior consultant Roger Evans holds a PhD in Agriculture and has many years of experience with education, training, e-learning, consultancy and project leadership both nationally in the UK and throughout Europe having been involved in EU Interreg, Phare, Structural Funds, Leonardo da Vinci, EQUAL and UK Government projects in Estonia, Bulgaria, Iceland, Lithuania, Russia, Scandinavia, Slovenia, and Slovakia and with partners throughout the EU.

Senior consultant Erika Jeret holds Master’s Degrees in English Language and Translation. She has many years of experience in compiling and delivering language courses (general English and English for specific purposes, e.g. business, tourism, and communication) both in formal and informal education and adult education. She provides interpretation services for business functions and training courses, and also translation services (Estonian-English-Estonian, focus is on tourism, social work, business, education, marketing materials). She is a qualified tour guide for the town and county of Pärnu and primarily works in English.
